Shipping is only $4.65 as usual - 1 to 2 caps (we pick up the rest, which is 5.18 USPS)

xs newborn 0-3 months
small 3 months - maybe 6 months, If your baby is 2m, order a Small.
medium 6 months - 12 months. If your baby is 5m, order a medium.
large 12 months - 18m or earlier. If baby is 10m, order a Size L. If they have a wider forehead ˜egg-shape’ in back of head (common) order a larger size. Feel free to contact us on sizing!!.
XL - 18m - 24m or earlier: Some babies need Size XL if they have a larger forehead or ‘large back of the head.’ as early as 10m.
XXL usually 2 - 3 yrs but sometimes earlier.

We love to help with sizing! All sizes are approximate, but we have sized many babies since 1991. Our caps are not larger versions of a smaller size: In our store, we prototyped & changed measurements during certain stages of growth. Never assembly-line made and made here in our studio in Illinois. So please reach out at the Contact Us page. You can also email us a picture of your baby’s head. That really helps!
